Buy every cheap video blowout you can find. I would say 2,000 would be a good start.

Register with every sponsor giving away free videos.

Start the long job of converting and uploading.

SEO is a must, so get on top of that. You will need content for porn stars to help this job.

Probably need to think in terms of hiring a few people to help. Also facilitate UGC.

Start link building on a massive scale.

Start telling people on social networks of your new Tube. Including GFY. This is essential IMO.

The rest is down to your skills, ability to work hard and funds to finance the operation until you can stop investing and start selling 1,000 clicks for $4. :Oh crap

I guess Paul (since he doesn't have traffic) doesn't realize that you can push 10+ GBPS on a CDN with very few mediocre origin servers if your code is optimized.

But yeah, go ahead and rent 30 servers in hopes of getting traffic so you have no money left when you could have just as easily scaled.
