why not getting traffic from Non adult website?

I just notice that most of buying traffic is from adult website.
why they getting traffic from adult websites?why not from non adult sites? there are so many sites that you can choose from .such as FB .TWITTER or forum..etc.

I mean maybe the visitor is tired of all similar porn sites .
