I have got one of these Wii things...

The board thing that came with it dosnt seem to work - any ideas?

I have been jumping up and down on it and nothing happens.

Should there be a cable or something?

1) Turn on Wii and go to Wii Fit Plaza
2) Press both red sync buttons at the same time (One on the Wii next to SD slot and one on the Wii Fit board under the battery cover)
3) Wait
