I think I am dependant. I am getting very nervous when not online. answer is NO.

I take 7 - 10 days off on a regular basis (usually every ~ 40 - 60 days) and I manage just fine. But I am checking my email daily :)

No problem at all. I used to go on trips that would last 1 - 3 months and would be offline. Didn't miss it at all. I'm not actually that into the internet believe it or not. It's convenient, but if I didn't use it for work, at best I'd use it a few times a week.

also many things would be much more complicated - the internet made my life very convenient

if you take the fact that this is business and I need to be on every day, remove that fact then I could do it easily. would not miss it for a second except for the friends I chat with on here

Yeah I'd look like that kid.. 12 years working full time online.. I'd probably get night sweats without internet.
