Just heard that the HAARP Array running non-stop 2 weeks before Hurricane Sandy (turned off just today). It has never run this long before and instead ran for only about 12 minutes at a time in the past. This run shot 3.6 million watts per hour out of its 180 Antennas into the ionosphere.

HAARP is definitely a serious subject. Serious scientific study of the ionosphere that is. It's not a weather control device, or a mind control device, or an earthquake generator, or any of that other nonsense. Yes I agree people should look this up and read the credible sites about it. The American government would never be so bold to admit anything of the sort. They are too scared of the blowback. They are still denying cloud seeding otherwise known as chem trails even though they have passed laws allowing it as usual only after they've been doing it for many years.. Which BTW China learned from us..

Did they produce the storm? I don't know but those "chem trails" running up and down the eastern seaboard are quite puzzling.. It wouldn't surprise me. Back when this happened I remember being in the middle of a heated discussion on another webmaster board with a well known IT lawyer about chem trails and it being a "conspiracy theory". The day I pointed this out to him he disappeared from the board. I still to this day wonder if he went on a little self-reflection journey.

I did a little research and found that happens all the time. A few different things from radar patterns to gravity waves, etc... It's actually very common.

I don't go as far as to say this is some conspiracy to kill us all off. I just believe that weather manipulation testing could be a possible explanation why recent storms have been getting stronger and stronger. HARPP bouncing energy off the ionosphere, cloud seeding, chem spraying. Who knows what affect these have on our planet..

I do like the part on the HAARP site where they say the effect on the ionsphere is just like dropping a pebble into a river and the ripples dissapate. Which is strange as it that means none of their mathmeticians or Psyicists are familiar with Chaos theory and have not read the papers by James Gleick. That's more worrying.

After all, Haarp can easily prove what they do with endless data and reports, whereas conspiracy theorists can only point at anecdotal "evidence" and vague and or sometime imagined correlations?

Of course - manipulating the weather via a chemical process isn't new, and isn't even a wild idea. (Changing the temperature and or the amount of moisture in the air via chemicals for example has been done before). Alot of people believe though that somehow HARRP "controls" the weather, and does so by electronic means, by remote control, etc which of course it doesn't.
