I did the pre-check and it was incompatible with many things and other things needed to be reinstalled it said so I said fuck it and didnt do it.

only 2 things for me, boot secure and dvd player..

Remember I told you about the 120 gig ssd thing? I have windows 8, but not enough space to install the upgrade....lol

I'm curious how your results are for your editing programs, I'm not sure weather or not to upgrade my main machine.

no problems at all... ms tried to dump a bunch of social bullshit on me, I just deletd the stuff. no big deal... checking the network now... sorta fucked up but I'll get it straightned out..

Im not sure i will make the switch ... i may keep a windows PC around for gaming .. that is of course till they get full gaming going on Linux !

yeah I don't want to mess around with linux... too much time investment
