is xhamster stealing my content?

Found my video on Xhamster. My logo is cropped off.

I thought I show it here before I DMCA them.

Since under the video there is an xhamster's premium member banner, and not an affiliates banner to an external site, I assume those members who upload this stolen videos are just employees of xhamster.

What do you think?

they blame the uploader, you should send them DMCA.

It seems that xhamster reads gfy. Funny, I wanted to go ahead and fill their dmca form, but upon checking the video it says:
"This movie has been removed due to complain from copyright owner."

I only complained here :)
