Do a green cleanse.

It's bullshit. Just eat healthy and work out.

Frank's right.. the body 'cleanses' itself naturally.. stop eating bullshit and it fixes itself on it's own.
If anything hit the sauna and eat more fibre... psyllium husk or chia seeds do the trick for me. Cheap and doesn't involve you starving yourself for no reason.. (which only causes muscle loss) |

Once every few months I go on a water binge. It fills me up, helps me drop some weight, and I'm good to go back to McDonalds again |

Cleansing is pointless if the diet you are normally on doesn't change because that's just basically putting a wax job on a car that is totaled.

mcdonalds works for me.

repeat: any weight loss that happens from any cleansing is almost guaranteed to be from muscle and protein loss.. which means you'll bounce back with more fat and less lean mass.. this includes the muscles in your heart.. anyone here think having a weaker heart is healthy? or you can continue to do it wrong.. what do i care.. |
