It started in 1986 when Congress decided to create 401Ks. All of a sudden massive amounts of private capital that had been in safe pension funds became available to their friends on Wall Street. That set the trap

In Fall of 2008, the trap was sprung. The American people were severely injured but they were still laying there, in the trap, wiggling away. This of course was disturbing just as knowing a mouse was still wiggling in a trap in your house would disturb you.

Now, in 2012, Mitt is being sent in to deliver the death blow so the incessant wiggling will just stop.

I avoided 401K like the plague.....never considered them safe when I thought about the Lincoln Savings and Loan debacle.

People dumb enough to depend on a 401k are just as stupid as people that count on playing roulette in Vegas for their retirement.

Simple as that.
