Would it be an option for an English fag that wants to live the tropical lifestyle?

I was going for Costa Rica - Fucking Americans have jacked up the prices though :upsidedow.

Land is worth something these days, they own a few nice beach properties lol

If you think CR is expensive forget about PR I should know a thing or two of each :) that´s why I am in Panamá
