Romney was so clueless, he had victory fireworks ready to go.
He had the website, now we find he had the fireworks ready to go.

Surprise!
|
Why wouldn't he exactly?
|
Yeah, really..why wouldn't he? It's like MLB teams already have World Series hats and t-shirts, etc. made up for each team in the World Series.
You my friend are a nimrod! |
Of course he had them ready, if he didn't have them ready and won, there would have been no time to do shit.
Are people really that fucking stupid? |
Why would he not have a celebration i would even if it was a small chance

What an over-confident cocksucker he is. People like him are so used to getting everything they want, like it's their birthright. It seems like every move this guy makes comes off as looking sleazy, clueless or any adjective that could describe someone out of touch with the rest of the planet. We're all living in his world.
You can't say any of these things about Barack Obama, whether you like his politics or not. |

You're quite the "mover & shaker" in the business world GrantMercury.
The people that think like you enable the rest of us to do just fine. |
Of course he should have had them ready.
He should have also realized he wouldn't need him when he only needed a small room for his supporters and Obama needed a stadium. |
He lost by what less than 3%? you guys look pretty dumb acting like it was a slaughter considering the prejudice results.
Media calling Romney supporters racist old white males. Truth is over 90% of black people voted Obama. If they didn't do foolish shit like want to close planned parenthood, push their pro-life bullshit, Romney would have crushed him. oh, and lets not forget the media covering up and ignoring what was really going on. even the guy from MSNBC called the hurricane a blessing... wtf? Edit/Add: I'm not going to get back into this bullshit, I accept Obama won and is our president. I just wish the rest of you idiots would move on too. |

---and why do you think the majority of people in Alabama or Kentucky vote so heavily for Romney? Because they're rich white people who see him as someone they can identify with, as they sit in a trailer eating corn on the cob with one fucking tooth? This was a message to the right, but most of them are too dense to understand. Eventually they'll start dying off, and hopefully their replacements will be a little more progressive thinking, and not total jerk-offs. Even with Karl Rove's attack ad team pouring millions of dollars into senate races, it still didn't buy them the election. They should try to change their party to fit the demographics, because that's how things work, not the other way around. |

I believe many people that voted for Obama either a. You believe everything you seen on tv. The Obama campaign was super dirty. b. you are racist. (over 90% of black people voted Obama) c. you are lazy, and looking for a government handout. d. you only care about yourself. living off the backs of successful people so they can pay your medical bills.. c. you can't think of the future. d. your trying to again, make the cool vote? There are exceptions to this, I do believe that there were some bad things that came with Romney, I totally disagree with pushing your beliefs on people. the pro-life stuff is bullshit. and cutting a lot of the programs would have hurt us in the long run. If people can't get birth control they will have unwanted children and those kids will grow up to be trouble etc. etc. More importantly, Romney would have been better for getting this Country out of debt, He could have had four years to get things rolling, and after that we could have voted someone else into office. Without a, b, c, or d. Obama would have still got votes, But there is no way he would have been even close to winning. I do not think Obama is a bad person, I just don't think he is the right person for the job. This has been proven over the last 4 years :2 cents: |

There was also that thing where the Republican party ultimately decided on the guy who lost to the guy who lost to Obama. Isn't that a clue? He lost to an out-of-prime John McCain in the primary the first time around - the Republican party willingly nominated a loser. And hell, if you want to be technically correct, they nominated a loser last time around too, with McCain having lost the nom to Bush in 2000 back when he would have been a half-decent option. I think ultimately a lot of Republicans were sort of jaded about voting because of that, hence the low turnout. How can you get excited about a dude who lost to a nearly-senile McCain 4 years ago? Seriously, Mitt was no leader - just some rich guy. |

I am sure Louisville is a bustling metropolis and melting pot. The only person I know from there is gay and felt the need to move as far away as possible when they turned 18. Even if it is an amazing and diverse city so is Austin but we all know what most of the rest of Texas is. |
All my lib friends on Facebook are doing this too. The election's over. What's with this continuous hardon for Romeny. 'Forward' right? Move on already.
|
I am very anti-Romney, but why wouldn't his staff have preparations in place for a victory?
What I did find to be arrogance, that was later in the night proven to be false arrogance, was the story about him only having a victory speech. But I'm never ran for President. Maybe he needed to do that for the mojo of it or something. I dislike the guy for a lot of reasons, but his staff seeing that victory stuff was on hand if needed is not one of them. |

Would love to go back in time to 2000 and see if people stopped talking about things 48 hours later. I'd wager they didn't. I'm sure that had the Republicans won they would have stopped talking about Obama two hours later. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh |

I wasn't expecting a lot of what I saw and experienced. I assumed as much as you did. Im sure a lot of blacks voted for Obama just because he was black, just as I am sure a lot of whites voted for Romney, but most of people I talked to seemed generally concerned about the economy, jobs, health care, and social security. |

Even though they hate too much government, they won't hesitate to legislate the control of women's bodies, our the use of marijuana, or dirty political tactics to suppress voters who they see as a threat rising against their precious status quo. and then there's this...a map of the union and confederacy http://i.imgur.com/8LEYp.jpg and our 2012 electoral results http://i.imgur.com/GKXyW.jpg |

I guess it is fair to say there was prejudice on both sides, But calling the whole South racist is way over doing it. I'm actually from Pa. but I and many people I know from Pa. voted for Romney. I think it's funny how people think of Ky. I have traveled to many places, Kentucky is nothing like people think.

Yep. Could you imagine a republican saying this today? 'Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and not clothed.' Dwight D. Eisenhower - Republican |
