They even got the bowl and spices ready. I could swear that that silver/metal bowl looked exactly the rice bowls used at some of the Thai restaurants I used to eat at in CA.

The small blue boxes are milk and the tall blue container is baby powder, which they are giving because it is a child. You would give something different to adults.

I'm guessing someone in the village is shagging goats and this is the result. Some of the rural areas are VERY rural and they do some crazy shit in some of those places.

Also... since it is a freaky thing, all the people in the village are there to try to get some good luck from it and look for any sign that can lead them to a winning lotto number. VERY superstitious about that sort of thing. There is good luck and lotto numbers in everything here. My GF wins the lottery (small amounts) every time she has a dream about numbers. Go figure.

Normally, that would be correct. However, about 15 or so years ago the Chinese engineered a goat that ended up having the proper amount of chromosomes and all of that, and later sold the goat through various parts of Asia for goat milk production. I believe it was the capra aegagrus or something like that. Was huge news, surprised you didn't hear about it. Anyway, turns out this goat can in fact get impregnated by humans. It's the only species in the world that can do this, and now it is all over Asia, in every farm, producing goat milk something like 10x the normal rate. There are usually a few cases a year over here where they give birth to goat-boys like in the photo. You can google it.
