Is there any script out there to extract thumbs from flv/mp4s( + possible also provide the javascript hover over thumb thing that shows the preview images)?

i know there are full tube scripts that implement this, but i mean is there any small library to do this?

writing custom cms, would just make sense to use an existing library rather than from scratch with extracting images with ffmpeg etc.

ffmpeg the stills and js the mouseover.
