What's difference between a PPS and PPO i.e. what's an Order of PPO?

On both the membership is the same.

PPS = Pay Per Sale (get paid as the customer's transaction is approved).
PPO = Pay Per Order (get paid on a referred member's first order, member must spend at least 29.98 in site credits).

For PPO the member must buy site credits.
