try and find is the only one iknow, its not mutch and pay better per lead.
we have not started our affiliate program yet, but will within short.

Try: Crakrevenue their PPL convert really well for me... This is my stats for last period:

Program: ALL
Uniques: 406
Leads: 57
Commissions: 146$

I have to say I have great targetted traffic (wish I have more) but no PPC program would be giving me around 0.36$ per click.
