Thank you all for your interest and replies. In response to some of the questions.

Design is about 1 year old.
None of the text for that site is updated, the designer just used some verbiage from one of my other sites he designed to fill in the pages.

I don?t know how much to ask, I?m obviously going to lose money on the venture but those things happen in business. ?One mans loss is another man's treasure?. The name has tremendous potential in the right hands and I know if I keep it much longer I?m going to continue developing it but I don?t feel I have the knowledge to bring it to its highest potential. So get those bids in to my ICQ before I end dumping more time and money into the darn thing.
