Christian Lawyer Lisa Biron Arrested for Child Pornography

Lisa Biron, a New Hampshire lawyer who worked for the Alliance for Defending Freedom, a Christian group which has lobbied for anti-gay legislation, was arrested for child pornography by the FBI yesterday, reports the Concord Monitor.

Biron allegedly took a teenage girl to Canada, had her engage in sexual activity and filmed it, according to the FBI.

Biron was charged with transportation with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, possession of child pornography and five counts of sexual exploitation of children.

Biron reportedly told people that she had a loaded gun under her bed and was considering fleeing to Cuba. Witnesses said she was in possession of drugs, begged people to lie on her behalf and threatened others.

The Alliance for Defending Freedom has scrubbed all mentions of Biron from their website.
