need a eu corp, do you also need an eu bank account?

when using epoch us...you need a us company and also a bank account located within the usa

is it the same?

trying to do this without flying to eu just to open a bank account..or going to the usa just to open a bank account

Cant you buy UK companies with bank accounts? I thought you could.
Or get a lawyer to set up a co with bank account.

I believe you spoke with Andy at Epoch about this information. I would like to go ahead and confirm, that if you have a US company , you need a US bank account and if you have an EU company , then you need an EU bank account.

But my bank account is not inside Europe or US... so, no chance?

Unfortunately most of the time when dealing with either US or EU banks/processors, you need jurisdictional bank accounts.
You can easily get a legal entity to set up EU corp and bank accounts and even assign a localized principle... there are several advertised on the internet. If you can't find one feel free to hit me up and I'll recommend one.

Although you can do the same for a US corp, it's much harder to get a localized principle and bank account.
Does your normal bank have a branch in the US?

Just reg a EU corp. Should be fine. Unless its changed since I was running paysites.

Your billing company should be able to help you setup your EU corp as well as get setup with banking.

Just open a UK Limited and get a UK bank account, this can be done without physically going to the bank but does require notarized documents

Are you sure about this? I thought attendance at the bank to open an account was mandatory in the UK...... at least for regulated banks.

Just buy a cheap UK corp and setup a bank account for that corp at Wirecard in Germany. Cheap and easy.
