CCBill stats not loading?

Is it just us? For the past few days using Firefox it just sticks at Request sent. Waiting for server response.

Try IE. I have been unable to view stats in FF for 6 months. Countless threads about this.

Same thing in IE. I have the IE 10 that came with Windows 8.

Must click in this order then wait 40 seconds and they load:
Home - Reports - Home - Account Info - Reports - (scroll over home hit dashboard twice) - Reports - (scroll over home hit dashboard once) - Reports - Account Info - Home - (scroll over home hit dasboard twice)... then wait 40 seconds. They will load.
