WTF 2 members within 1 family?
 

Signed up at my site within a month...

First Mr. xxx
now Ms. xxx

I noticed because someone was trying to call protected movie-url`s that are only accessable when logged in. Now the ip adress who did this signed up minutes later.
I thought it was strange to have knowledge of movie url`s before becoming a member...
so i checked a few things... seems there was allready another user in my database with the same ip adres... i checked up further and i saw that there were Mr. and Ms. xxx

??????

Whas the wife checking what her husband is watching?
I think i can expect a chargeback pretty soon right?

Yeah maybe. He clicked the direct link but wasn't logged in, thought it didn't work and signed up with a new account under another name. Can you see creditcard numbers or only the billing provider ?

Only the names of the card-holders... a male and a female, same lastnames, same ip. Funny thing is that i blocked the account immediatly after i saw the fucking with the movie url`s under suspicion of fraud... Then that user send me a ticket that he/she wasn`t able to see the movies. I told her/him i blocked the account because i saw the movie-url-messing and wanted to check some things before re-activating it.

Her/his reply was: yes someone have send me those url`s via mail but indeed i coudn`t check the movies so i signed up.

Strange story... really don`t know what to do about it... i could leave both the 2 accounts open but i`m pretty sure at least 1 chargeback is expected and maybe even 2....

Yeeeeep... first chargeback... the wife wanted her money back:-)
