The one on the left is Iran's official publicly released photo on their newest drone in action. The one on the right is a Drone built by Japan's Chiba University.

It was buit in "Kotor bay shipyard" in Montenegro (Ex-Yugoslavia) it is a patrol class submarine and has 2 bigger brothers. This specific model is called the "Sava" it is a shallow water patrol sub made by my 3rd world shit hole :1orglaugh
