Tube site click thru ratios are unpredictable thats why people tend to use per-click impression sponsors like exoclick. but if your speaking in general, our network converts tube style traffic from our own sources on average of 1:1600. Depends on how you are converting them, is it deceptive? popups?

One thing is for sure everyone is out to steal and shave your traffic

If you want ratios up and to make money i'd stop the "user submitted" material as its piracy/grey zone. Go with having sponsors upload material to you and tweaking the keywords to your SEO optimization or getting permission, many will let you have 5-7 minutes per scene providing you maintain their URL/branding within the video. Then setup in-video ads like xvideos with a presentation of each company. Otherwise the bandwidth alone will leave you broke.

It all depends on what type and quality of traffic you have. Across my entire network I'm currently earning roughly 8 cents per unique.
