We are buying and selling popunder/skimmed traffic. Let me ask few questions:

- Do you allow resell of your traffic?
- Do you buy traffic from other brokers?

We are an exchange platform. We buy traffic and we resell it to our advertisers and/or other brokers.

We are using a lot of API to automate buying and selling traffic (we compare CPM by country on each partner and we buy low to sell higher elsewhere).

We often use return URL and our platform learn about returned traffic. So If one of our partner return more than 75% of, let's say UK traffic, we don't send more UK traffic.
