What is the value of a pirated full video on a big tube?

Meaning how much money does an affiliate program lose when a full video of theirs is on a big tube?
I know Pink Visual claimed 4.5 million in court from cliphunter over 30 videos. So that would mean that Pink Visual suggests each clip is worth $150k
Probably they aimed high as they were out for a settlement but what would be a reasonable settlement?

They sell clips on their pvlocker site for $4~5 each so that would suggest 30,000+ lost sales from each clip but I expect they would make a figure from a number of lost sales of the one watched plus a number of lost sales of other things people would have bought at the same time.

depends on how good your lawyer is

I believe $150,000 per infringement is the limit.

You are forgetting things like brand damage. For example, lets say a site steals 30 of your watermarked videos and displays them alongside CP, Sim-rape or worse videos from other sources. Most viewers wrongly assume you gave permission to that site, condone the other content or may even have produced it. The damages caused by theft go much deeper than a loss based on per download numbers. Companies like PV, Hustler, Playboy etc spend decades and millions on brand management. Theft quickly erodes the value of that time, effort and expense.

Considering how shitty Pink Visual products have become since they don't seem to work on anything anymore, I think they're shooting for all they can with their lawsuits.

I think the more important question that needs to be asked is how valuable is a pirated video on a tube site for the tube site owner even if it stays up for only a few days at the most? Because once they receive a DMCA, they have to remove it but how valuable is it to the tube site owner for the X number of days the video was on their site?
