I did a test as well like two hours ago, took over 10s to load. Your server is clearly overloaded at certain times.

slow loading here too if you want to sell that cam spot find a solution because i don't think anyone will buy it now with that slow load.

I have optimize my.conf and httpd.conf. So i think the problem is solved now.
