You make a list. Prioritize that list. Pour a nice big cup of coffee and have at it. One thing at a time. Don't allow yourself to get distracted.

i watch a movie, then i create a list according to priority and then start working.

Everything is written on a notepad and I do whichever thing I fancy doing next unless something has an impending deadline.

take a minute to sit back and relax, then prioritize and then start at the top of the list and work down
