what are the brokerage fees?

Ive submitted my domains through your site and even emailed you in the past with no response, what gives?

hi, fees range from 12.5% to 15% depending on the reserve range of the names. got your message btw, and you will be hearing back shortly with your listing instructions.

thanks for submitting your names. I found the last and only email from you, which is dated Jan 18 2012. at the time, that would have been after the cutoff for the Jan auction at the start of the year. for this auction, if your names are the same list, they would not qualify for you to have a dedicated broker and publicity etc.. The good news is that, starting next month, you can list all the names you want directly onto HuntingMoon and communicate with others to do biz. By opening up the platform for everyone, the bottlenecks will be removed and the playing field will be open for all. I'm not saying your domains are bad fyi. They just don't warrant a dedicated broker for them for outbound sales. Outbound sales are super labor intensive and reserved for premium names.

I emailed this dude for month straight and got the run around. Terrible service, not worth the fees in my opinion.

dude- I have 20 emails back and forth with you. i spent a ton of time going back and forth with you and you debated the fees. Can't please them all.

good news - we sold 3 separate affiliate networks in the past 60 days btw. if you are easy to work with, so are we.

Actually we were emailing back and forth for a month to set up 5 minutes to chat on the phone after you said we would discuss the deal live, as you would for selling a company.

You could never find the time. It's fine, obviously the business wasn't worth it to you and that's ok, but trust me your customer service is some of the worst I have encountered.

And to be clear I have posted negative comments on GFY about 5-7 people/companies tops here over the course of a decade, so you should be proud to make the list. :thumbsup

I wrote you about your current needs. Sorry, it did not work out then. The timing wasn't good. Also there was a very specific reason at the time I did not want to rep your biz.

Apology accepted. I am glad I replied again as it's clear it wasn't a case of "can't please them all" and in fact there were issues on your end.

You should have just communicated that with me. That is where the respect comes in, I am busy to. I am pretty easy going and would certainly have understood a conflict of interests.
