It is about whether salt water freezes faster than tap water.

Just need a name that will catch peoples attention.

Spoiler Alert: Salt water freezes at lower temperatures than freshwater due to the salt, which is one reason salt is used on snow-covered roads (the precise temp is determined by the volume of salt in the water). :thumbsup

the thermal conductivity is slightly the same, so there is no reason that it freezes faster at it's fusion point.
