I just did a test and unplugg the router, the PC goes to sleep after time set ?

you can find out what driver is preventing to sleep:

Go to start > cmd > and type

"powercfg -requests"

Usually it's sound or usb camera drivers.

Id format if I was you, but if that all thats a issue why not just put it to sleep manually threw the start menu
