In their primes, I think Seagal might have the edge (much as I haaaaaaaaaate him as an actor) but right now, no question it's JCVD.

Funny enough, in the movie above (really underrated - saw it beng sold for $1.99 in bargain bin at CVS pharmacy in the states), Seagal steals a part from van Damme :upsidedow
