URGENT! - In search of a Payment Processor for an Escort Classified Website

We are looking to process payments for an escort classified website... American users will be posting ads similar to backpage.com or craigslist.com

This is an urgent request...

Please reply by email to [ business (((@))) executivepictures DOT com ] and we will respond promptly!

Thanks in advance. :thumbsup

you can probably use a regular merchant account for that provided you don't exceed the processing limits of your account (usually 5k-10k/mo for new accounts) that you list on your application. Try cardservice intl and use linkpoint gateway.

btw, careful with that type of biz in FL... or anywhere in USA for that matter it will get you real hot, fast :2 cents:

We can process this business, but you will have to incorporate in Europe to avoid legal issues. This is easier to do than one might think and we can get you up and running right away. I'll send you an e-mail with the details at the address you've posted.

*sigh* http://www.cardserviceinternational.com setup account, no credit check etc but you need checking acct to dump batches into. you also need a "legit" mainstream biz such as selling dvds, or perhaps your music cds because they will ask what you're processing for, etc. best if you already have a site setup for this that looks like its retail ready for shipping out your products. most mainstream merchants dont like digital products. however once your account is approved and up and running you've cleared that hurdle. just keep it in good standing and you can pretty much sell whatever, within the confines of the limits you put on your application initially (usually 10k/mo) if you exceed this they may freeze your account. and when they do freeze you, your rebills etc are done too. so keep that in mind yadayada, and perhaps if you are successful i suggest you migrate to a real merchant co. that deals with adult/highrisk commerce. i'm sure they may chime in on this thread. best of luck.

lastly, i am not a lawyer. and thanks for promoting toticos on ur site :)

Would being incorporated in Canada, where prostitution is not illegal, be enough to circumvent any possible legal issues?

Commercegate , Payment network, Vendo , payvision , or own merchant and gateway.

Will you be able to push traffic to it yourself? Any idea on the uservalues?
If you be big go with own merchant to be able to keep data. If you start small get experience on the traffic with 3rd party solution and then you can always process later yourself
