What to do with aspiring porn star leads?
 

Just launched a new informational website about the adult industry and threw up an online application (gathers their contact information, what they're willing to do, any past experience, and lets them upload pictures) that has been generating a couple leads a day. I get about 1 girl for every 4 guys that apply. What should I do to monetize this? Sell the leads to someone? Try to get them to sign up as cam models?

I'd buy a casting couch.

Whoops, should have clarified. No casting couches-- I have a good relationship and a full time job.

EDIT: Although if anyone else wants to invite these people to their own casting couch I'd be more than willing to pass along their contact details for a finders fee. :P

where are you located? start a quasi agency if you have shooters in the area!

If you don't want to start an agency, refer the girls to an agency. I know a few agents that pay referral fees off the first few shoots a girl does.

I'm in the bay area (california) and don't know anyone in this industry. I wouldn't mind setting up a quasi agency but I work a desk job (9-6 with an hour commute each way) so I don't really have the time.

Are all your leads in the Bay Area? If you have any decent leads in the Midwest like Ohio or Michigan I would pay a referral fee...

The LA adult talent agencies pay a referral fee, $500 is what I hear usually. They don't pay it until the girl has shown up and done some jobs. They'd have no interest in male talent.
