Em is most likely a closet case. Dr Dre is rumored to swing both ways. Kane West seems a bit fruity, Lil Wayne puts out a gay vibe.. Nothing confirmed tho..

There are guys in the hip hop scene that are gay. Frank Ocean is good and recently been blowing up and hes out of the closet. Performs with lots of other big hip hop artists
