Normally, on a webmaster forum, people give away review copies, offers are approved and verified by admins and positive reviews are usually flowing in if the offer is what the OP claims it is.
I would guess thats why you would never post this crap on a forum like bhw. On mainstream wm forum, you'd get destroyed in seconds and banned... if you could even get anyone to authorize you to make such an offer. So,... a full release of something thats "Coming soon".
