Sales from "bookmark"
 

I often see sales and in NATS reports when I want to see where it came from,it says BOOKMARK. What that means? Actually, I see that very often , various sponsors.

People bookmarked the page and came back X number of days later I am guessing. That is the referrer.

Firefox extensions such as smart referrer can cause this.
