I've got a friend who recently did a shoot with a big name softcore shooter in Bangkok.

I asked her if it went well and she said that the shooter was trying to coax her into fucking him and he only gave up after she made it clear she was on her period.

Just interested to know if this is widespread in the industry?

I don't think it is uncommon, but I think it is much less common than people tend to think.

This is the ONLY reason people become shooters. WTF else are you going to do it for? You could make money shooting weddings and bar mitzvahs. (and probably still get laid)

Other than when it is a part of a scene I am shooting I don't ever try to initiate something off camera.
That being said, a couple of solo scenes I shot the other day, with a girl I have shot solo/toy & bondage with for 3 1/2 years, turned into a third scene that was a BG scene ...due to exactly what Brian posted above.
She's known I do BG shoots since day one...and decided to knock one out of the park with me, finally. And not off camera, which is good for business, too!
