Find some niche related sites and buy some ads on different sites so you can find out what sites give the best return. this way you get quality niche based traffic If you don't mind the quality you can buy popups or traffic from other services.

NP i stepped into the adult business myself about 6 weeks ago and traffic is on of my biggest concerns also.


Backlinks tip : try linkspun.com it's a free backlinks trading system you can fnd some quality sites there to trade if you don't mind a link back to your site (needs some work because a lot of crap sites there too so you have to spend some time finding good trades but a nice start to get some pr for free)
