I'm looking for a U.S. based machine shop that has a 4 axis CNC and other goodies. Anybody here own one?

How large of a part(s) do you need. We have a milltronics in our toolroom. We also have cnc turning, grinding, inhouse wire EDM and an Amada 2500w laser.

You're the first person who came to mind before I posted this but I could not locate contact info for you other than ICQ.

Sounds like you have exactly what I'm looking for and I would love to have a preliminary discussion with you.

The largest part that I currently have in mind would be around 15" long and 2.5" thick. Most would be more like the size of a paperback novel or smaller. The CNC turning & wire EDM could come in handy as well.

drop me an email with a pdf or cad file(acad or solidworks) of the part(s). Also what quantities you would need. mint @ jefnet.com That size would be no problem. The milling machine capacity is 40"x20"x24".

As a matter of fact, I do have a good friend that does. Specializes in EDM and laser engraving / machining as well . . . . He is in LA
