Hello all,
we are switching to NATS starting in Jan '13
seeing as the world didnt end, but just wondering, are there any other programs like NATS?
would you trust a site more or less in regards to NATS?

lotsa of good info here on GFY and lots of funny shit! either way, looking forward in working with many of you hopefully under our new switch,

NATS is just about standard. Good move. We will all follow suit. No worries. :thumbsup

Regarding your question though...of course there's other options, but not equiv to NATS. MPA, CCBill...only ones which come to mind at the moment. Stick with NATS. :2 cents:

U should always trust the sponsor and learn all you can from that sponsor's rep do a search on webmasters boards etc that is how you can trust someone and then you still can get fucked... As long as you have a good rep and are a good person/company you should not have any problems.

Be sure to get in touch with your top affiliates and ask them whether they like your idea.
Nats:
+ sophisticated tracking
- time and money consuming to run it
- no guarantee you'll get paid as affiliate

NATS is harder to work with than Elevated X. CCBTools (CCBill) is Fisher Price Compared to either.
Elevated X would be my choice :2 cents:

thanks, good reading there & yes, we have been asked by a few of our affiliates to change from our zferral.com to nats...and we looked at affiliate program as well..was getting limited & not capable of what we needed it to do...

Back in days we wanted to try NATS. We even set it up but never managed to get it fully work with LoveAmateurs.com.

Just so no one reading this is confused - Elevated X is CMS software for building and managing adult sites automatically. NATS is for the affiliate program side of things, affiliate payment tracking, etc.

Both programs work well together and over 80% of Elevated X customers are also using NATS to handle their affiliate marketing. Both programs are considered to be the best at what they do by many successful companies, big and small. I currently recommend NATS over any other affiliate platform. :2 cents:

cool, lotsa of great info, guys thanks for all the post, cms is handled... http://zferral.com/ is ok, for bootstrapping/startups/low budgets..but also limited, we have had issues so time to move up...:thumbsup

have you thought about becoming a CCBill program?

we did actually, we should add them as cascade billing as well

everything is done on their end and it's the most trusted affiliate platform so far. you can add Epoch and SegPay billings into cascade

I would personally go with NATS, paysite owners love it, but also affiliates love it, and new version of NATS is just great!

I gave up with nats and we went with sliiing. I est that I spent about 100 hours trying to get nats going.

I use NATS with the CCBill Paid option.
Some of my best affiliates love it, although there are a minority who would rather not have it (Preferring CCBil on its own)
Personally I love the power it gives me for providing tools to affiliates, cascading, etc..

I'm also using it with ElevatedX :)

Sliiing is a no brainer for us :)
 

Hey guys, we also went through this stage, looking for alternatives to NATS and thanks God we were lucky enough to find Sliiing.com! Marco is amazingly helpful guy and I am sure he will do his best to make Sliiing work for you as well. He is constantly improving the system, which works great with CCBill affiliate program. I am sure that in the future he will even beat NATS, it's just that Sliiing is quite new that it's not that well known yet. By the way, I don't think that NATS would beat Marco in the customer support area ;). We simply have the best experience with this program and can highly recommend it.

Nats is the best. I just used it for one of my non porn projects, just because of the simple member management and billing integration. It offers so much more then just tracking.
