Our founding fathers who wrote the constitution had more experience with tyrants and despotic governments than anyone currently alive that was born in the US. That document has at it's core the way to stay free from government tyranny. It is timeless!!!

There are around 35 million hunting licenses issued every year in the united states. Just the hunters in the US are the largest army in the world. There are twice as many guns in the US than there are people. So pretty much everyone could be a soldier if need be.
And yes..... I think that our civilians with guns are the biggest deterrent to any happy horseshit the power hungry can think up.

Of course they are smarter than any of us and will most likely go the biological route to seize power. (Oh, ya I'm fucking crazy. RIGHT????)

They have done much research/thinking and they've desided that a huge percentage of our troops won't fire on US citizens. They already know this.
