One that actually work and if possible, free. I don't need a beast that can post to a million other social sites. Just to Google + will be fine for me!

There is no plugin for that at least i couldn't find to post at page for site, i found to post on your personal profile, but there is hootsuit that can post your rss feed to your page just check out options in the program
