zombaio payout delay

Just want to ask if anybody got their payouts from Zombaio dated 28 of December?
Payment option is wire (Europe).

I'll try live support later but just want to ask if you guys encountered the same.

Thanks!

Michael O 01-03-2013 03:17 AM

There have been some delays due to the holidays.
Please send me a email at [email protected] and I can look into your account.

adultchatpay 01-03-2013 03:25 AM

Ok I understand, I'll send an email if it doesn't arrive this afternoon.
Thanks for the quick response here.

ShowMe69 01-03-2013 07:23 AM

yeah our payments are also late, every year same thing

PornAddict 01-03-2013 08:20 AM

Mine is late for that date, as well...

icymelon 01-03-2013 09:35 AM

again? Seems like this is becoming more frequent than webair threads

TisMe 01-03-2013 11:11 AM

Same here, several payouts are late.

Squirm 01-03-2013 11:20 AM

A payout scheduled for the 27th is now a week late. I had specifically been reassured last week that it was going to be OK. (I had asked because a previous payout was a couple of weeks late). So this is two payouts late in less than 6 weeks.

H-Tom 01-03-2013 11:30 AM

Had the same problem. My last payment was over a month late. I had to pay some affiliates using paypal (and my own money). This is a third payment late in a row. Something horrible is happening with zombaio...

josephfgb 01-03-2013 11:44 AM

2 ACH payments late at this point. One was supposed to be delivered on the 28th of December and the other one was supposed to hit yesterday. I got the same "Holiday" excuse as everyone else has from support.

The excuses are getting a little extreme (between passing the buck blaming your ACH provider and now the Holiday). Pay people on time, it's not hard. A couple of Holiday bank closures shouldn't add up to a week+ delay in payments.

SwirlsGirl 01-03-2013 12:14 PM

Advice for astute and successful middlemen the world over....

"please stop holding the monies and passing the excuses!"

"Please try passing the monies and holding the excuses!"

You keep yourself out of hot water when you only pass the monies!

When you choose to pass excuses instead of the monies it becomes a big problem over and over and over and over again.

I am only trying to help and mean no disrespect...

If you choose in future instances to only pass excuses while holding the monies then you will assuredly find yet another and another thread such as this.

Don't thank me for the advice its the least I could do considering all the kind gestures you have shown me and my company over the years:thumbsup

Hoping for a speedy and swift resolution for all of you still waiting on you colected funds to be paid out!

Hopefully there are none of you who have hosting or talent to pay and need your late funds to meet your obligations.

srockhard 01-03-2013 02:44 PM

Yes. This is a big problem and especially around the holidays. Twice in 30 days our payouts have been late by more than a week.

josephfgb 01-03-2013 03:08 PM

At this point, it's painfully obvious that Zombaio doesn't really care about any of it. Slow support, canned responses, multiple late payments, passing the buck, etc.

If the company (or ANY business for that matter) cared, they'd rectify the situation, lose the canned responses and let their Client's know what was going on and how they're intending to prevent it from happening again.

I totally agree with that.

AlexFS 01-03-2013 07:55 PM

Payments are late here too, not surprised to be honest. Moved main operations to another billing company months ago.

misspandora 01-03-2013 08:19 PM

YUP..a payment scheduled for Dec. 26 STILL hasn't gone through, and I'm not happy. The money has been sitting in my account for over a month now and I have no access to it.

I was told by "support" that it would go into my account this week..it's Thursday and, nothing.

Frankly, I've already started the process to switch to a different processor. I'm over this. I needed that money for a business trip, and because Zombaio couldn't even be bothered to let me know the money was late, I was up a creek and had to use personal funds to pay for my trip.:(

misspandora 01-03-2013 08:21 PM

Funny...there's a big animated Zombaio ad above this thread. Oh the irony.

PornAddict 01-03-2013 09:04 PM

The writing is on the wall... it's time to move to a more reputable biller.

Fat Panda 01-03-2013 09:12 PM

warning flags are popping up everywhere....

Is it just over the holidays they have been late, or is this really becoming a regular problem all the time? I am about to help a friend build a site and I am also building a small micro niche site o my own, and was planning to use Zombiao for both sites, but maybe I will have to look else where if this is really a regular problem.

Yes...only over the holidays for me...been processing with zombaio since April 2012......only twice have had late payments but both on the last 30 days ....just bad timing IMHO.

lucky for you to only have late payments on holidays...we had recurring issues with late payments around holidays, middle of summer, spring.etc

we started with them in 2008 and I do not think we had 1 single problem until MR. PAYOUT DELAY HIMSELF MICHAEL O STARTED WORKING AT THE COMPANY....

WE TRIED VALIANTLY TO WARN YOU GUYS BUT MANY REFUSED TO LISTEN...so mote it be

used to pop up in every zombaio thread reminding them why it is paramount and prudent to hold *excuses* and only pass monies!

Instead of taking my advice they close down our account...and closing down our processing account did not seem to help them to understand that passing excuses when you are hired and paid to pass monies is a terrible terrible most unsavory and despicable act to repeat over and over and over and over again.

ccbill never missed a payout in 8 years!

BIGTYMER 01-04-2013 04:44 AM

Anyone getting paid via RedPass get their payment?

So this is all Micheal O's fault? Give me a break.. He doesn't handle payments and he has no control over payment delays.

Stick to CCBill threads and your missing hits. :1orglaugh

Bigtymer finally showed his true colors....how did I know one day you would actually try and defend late payouts...LOL

I knew you would...I most certainly did!!

Another thing about Bigtymer he always is the first one to post that his zombaio payout came...watch I predict he will be the first one to post it in this thread when his payout comes next week!

My support history @ Zombaio is littered with late payout tickets:

Ticket Date: 4/17/12 | Missed settlement from 4/17/12 | Support Reason: "issues with our ACH provider" (this settlement arrived a couple days after settlement date)

Ticket Date: 8/8/12 | Missed settlement from 8/8/12 | Support Reason: The deposit has been sent out from our ACH provider and you will see the payment credited to your account shortly." (this settlement arrived a couple days after settlement date)

Ticket Date: 9/12/12 | Missed settlement from 9/12/12 | Support Reason: "The payment has been sent from our ACH provider, you will see a credit of this payout to your bank account shortly." (this settlement arrived a couple days after settlement date)

Ticket Date: 12/10/12 | Missed settlement from 12/5/12 | Support Reason: "Our ACH provider has Today confirmed that there has been a delay with the payouts" (this settlement arrived well over a week past the settlement date and the next settlement after this one arrived at the same time this one did)

Ticket Date: 12/31/12 | Missed settlement from 12/26/12 | Support Reason: "My apologies for the delay, the transfers takes longer then usual during the holidays." (still MIA)

TisMe 01-04-2013 10:49 AM

Nice job Zombaio, changing the settlement dates on our payout reports to reflect a 28 day hold instead of the 21 day hold that was there yesterday.

Don't bother to tell anyone either.

Where do you see me defending late payments?

misspandora 01-04-2013 12:30 PM

For me, it typically takes a month from the time I reach my threshold amount for payout til I actually get the money in my bank account. This is something I've never been happy with. I shoot a lot of custom videos. My clients pay, and I really need the money right away, to pay other models I'm shooting with and all that, but I typically end up having to front that money and wait for my Zombaio payment.

I used to use Paypal but of course those f'ers eventually did this big audit and closed down anyone who even remotely sells adult content, and I got shut down in that sweep.

Payment processing is one of the biggest headaches of running an adult business.

It's end of the week when Zombaio promised me I'd get the money I was SUPPOSED to get Dec. 26, and it's still not in my bank account. I don't care if it's the first time this has happened, I'm done with them. I needed that money on a business trip and because they didn't bother to notify us their ACH was late "due to the holidays", I got screwed.

I can't honestly recommend them to any newbs wanting to get into this business, sorry.

I use RedPass to get my money.

Right before Christmas they loaded me up with a bunch of advance payments for the next two weeks.

That's when I knew, there wouldn't be any more payments until Jan. 7th

I think they are all gone on vacation. Kinda dumb, but that's the way it was last year too.

misspandora 01-04-2013 01:22 PM

Don't they charge a fee for Redpass?

No. Your payout to Redpass is free.

What I do is I have the Redpass MasterCard. So when I get the money in my Redpass Account, I load it onto my RedPass MasterCard. That costs 25 cents.

Then you can either use the MasterCard to pay for things...or you can go to any ATM and pull it out as cash.

misspandora 01-04-2013 10:08 PM

It was my understanding that they signed people up for Redpass back in the spring as a free trial, but after a year, they start charging.

I don't know what else they would be charging you for? It's their own thing.

Check out their fees here: https://www.redpass.com/fees/

Back in the day when I first started out on the boards, we did not post in competitors threads if they had issues or someone asked questions, because of respect and confidence in our own product but you seem to just spam your company every chance you get. How many of your or our competitors do you see posting here? There is a reason why. If you want to discuss it in person I will be in Vegas as well.
I got some shit I could start with our competitors in some of their threads here an on other boards but it just make you seem petty or desperate.

I were told we dropped you the first chance we got on a legit reason and your posting history on GFY tells why. I have a lot of respect for the guy running your program and did my best to let your program process with us after it were under new management but no luck according to management it were not worth the trouble, that should tell the story. You should stick with the content side of your website and leave the business side to those who understand it.

As I mentioned above we have changed things so this should not happen again for users not using RedPass, we know its not acceptable and as mentioned above I will be in Vegas and if you have any issues with non payment look me up and I will do my best to get it solved asap, I will be the very short haired guy with a black RedPass shirt.
