Popunders now under $1 ecpm with plugrush?

I've been seeing a few $0.80/k and even $0.70/k days for plugrush popunders. Is this the real price they are paying now or is this just a case of them not updating again? Anyone else seeing this?

there is bids, have you tried if this delivers real traffic without raise bid?

I'm not sure I understand. This is as a publisher only. Prior to December 30 I averaged $1.40 - $1.50 ecpm on popunders. Beginning with the 30th it's been $1 or under with them. On one day it was $0.70/k. They update stats sometimes a day or two late but it's been 3 or 4 days now so I am wondering if this is the new rate we will see or if it's only because of the holidays and will change once stats are fixed.

If it effects me it probably effects some others too. That's what forums are for. :winkwink:

Just to be sure you are looking at popunders only and not total cpm (including mobiles), right?

Btw was it really so hard to have someone on hand to do payouts last week? Most other companies had no problems paying out as usual or a day or two late. And you guys charge a $5 minimum for Paypal now so it's not as if you aren't being compensated adequately for your time in pressing a button.

I hope you didn't have time to make comments like this over the last week here if you did not have the time to pay your webmasters...

Ok cool. :) I just asked because I had people quote a ecpm which was really high and then I found that they forgot to select popunder traffic in the drop down box and were quoting the overall average for all traffic.

I wasn't trying to be shitty towards you, just find it strange when guys post without talking to the companies they work with, guys on message board can't tell you things that the staff of a site, program, or network can. Like maybe some advertisers blocked your sites or maybe they have some large advertisers that didn't fund their campaigns, etc. I'm not saying you shouldn't post on boards but communicating with the company you are doing business with should be the first step. :pimp

As for our payouts, we clearly stated it well beforehand in order that all our webmasters could plan for it and payouts will go out this week as planned.

What is your username or email login?

I never said anything before Wizzo and was biting my tongue so as to not be a Scrooge but Juicyads canceling payouts last week annoyed me. I get that it was Christmas and New Years that week but then I see you making comments like this and your posting history shows you were here posting on the 24, 29, 31. It's troubling to see JuicyAds has the time to post here but not to pay their publishers. CCBill and many others managed to pay on time.

Just because the business was closed doesn't mean the employees can't post outside of business hours... Actually I suspect Wizzo's posting to be OFF his working hours.

If you think a true business works 24/7 like you do, you got problems.

Maybe Wizzo doesn't handle payouts? I don't handle payouts, neither do the other TWO owners...We have an accountant that does this and we are not allowed to touch any of this without pissing her off severely...You think Wizzo makes payments and handles everything? I'm sure they are much larger then they appear...

I was around like almost always, but I have nothing to do with payouts and those guys deserved a week off. Again I wasn't trying to be nasty towards you just find it strange to post first, I know when I have have a issue or question I take directly to the company first. :)

I doubt he does but when you charge a $5 minimum for a Paypal masspay you would think it would be possible to make some arrangements to pay your webmasters as normal. Their payment deadline was the 30th and Payments were supposed to go out new years. There is no reason it could not have been done the following Monday instead of canceling all payouts for the week.

You guys had no issues paying me that week and I don't even have to pay you a $5 minimum fee. It isn't a big deal but it's one of those little things.

tigermtb 01-03-2013 12:37 PM

We don't let Texans near the bank accounts .. lol.

We provide free Cheque and Wire payments (over $3500) and other payment methods are optional and carry additional fees as they always have.
Trust me, there is a lot more involved with payments including account reviews, etc which are handled at the same time. Its more involved than pushing a button but I understand your irritation and apologize for the inconvenience.

You can carry on with your PlugRush thread now.

Sorry I took it the wrong way then. The thing is if I had to contact someone over every little thing like this I would be doing so every day. That's why forums are nice. It saves some time and you get to see if it's just you first.

adultmobile 01-03-2013 01:34 PM

well anyway for $0.80/k sell it to me then :)

DavieVegas 01-03-2013 03:17 PM

my last week is $5 on average but why doyou say $4 is bad? I mean what do others pay? Who pays better and what should the good mobile redirect rate,in your opinion, be then?

so,care to list some better programs than 4$ per 1k?

IllTestYourGirls 01-05-2013 08:50 AM

Yup saw the same thing. But it seems to be back to normal now. Maybe a major buyer forgot to renew over the new year.

Thanks for the info.
I see it's back more towards where it should be now as well. It often gets low near the end and start of the month but I've never seen $0.70 ecpm on popunders before with them.

I've stopped redirecting mobiles on new sites because I don't see it as worth it at the lower rates. That might be the way to go if you are sure your sponsors aren't cheating you by redirecting the mobiles you send somewhere else.

Prasawet 01-06-2013 09:15 AM

I send to them (PR) mobile traffic over click on direct link, because I have other adverts on mobile site so I use m.script my own...and got $20/k. HQ geo
