"Two clerks were operating a Sunoco gas station in Springfield Township, Ohio, when an armed robber entered the store and ordered one of the clerks to ?go behind the counter and get me the money.? As the criminal went behind the counter he fired at the clerks, prompting the pair to retrieve a .40-caliber pistol and a shotgun and fire at the robber. Shots fired by both clerks struck the criminal, killing him.

A daily customer of the Sunoco station was puzzled as to why anyone would attempt to rob the store, telling local media, ?I know everyone that works in there. They are all great guys. So two gas station employees have just become judge and executioner, no trial required, and took a man's life when all he really deserved was ten years in prison.

Since he fired at the clerks, sounds like self defense. No judge or jury required for ruling. It also sound like a good thing that the clerks had firearms otherwise they would probably be dead.

Beautiful, that article brought a smile to my face. Saves tax payer's dollars from housing these human wastes in prisons.

Even if he didn't shoot at the clerks, the robber still needed to be shot and killed. He came into the gas station with a gun to rob the place, thus threatening the safety of the clerks. It was their god given rights to protect themselves by any and all means necessary with extreme prejudice. This is a shining example of the Second Amendment working like it should :)

If Cincinnati, Ohio had a gun ban, a man would still be alive!
