I also immediately fired off an email after seeing this, using the form. It's been more than 24 hours and still no response.

They're at the top of my list, but this isn't helping matters.

This just screams "fly by night" operation to me.

I was weary also, but a couple people I trust vouched for them and I've been with them for 3 months with only 1 hiccup at the beginning and that was due to something on my end since it's unmanaged.

I recommend Cyberwurx. I have been with them for a few years now. I left my old host because my (then) 30 or so blogs were killing my server. They blamed it on wordpress. After switching my server load went from 3.x to .04. No joke!

My old host didn't work weekends! My new one is there at all times of the day and they answer my tickets within minutes.

IP addresses on dedicated boxes are .25!

Boxes start at $69 a month.

I have learn not to trust these small resellers. And I especially wouldn't set up a client with a company that looks like they threw their site up and could be gone at any time. Knowing they'll be around next month is more important than saving a few bucks.

Well the trusted vouchers have been with them for 9+ months and I've been with them for 3 already, so I think they're not a fly by night place, but to each their own.

People here have hosted with companies for years. There no way in hell I'd put a client on some no name reseller, let alone recommend one because a few people have used them for a couple of months.

This doesn't sound right. I don't see any tickets to us using the address you listed. I do see one from 3 days ago that seems to match this, it was answered in 21 minutes and we asked a question about the requirements for the consolidation you wanted to do, there hasn't been a reply back. That ticket used a Gmail account, try checking your spam folder in Gmail. You can also view tickets directly by logging in at https://support.amerinoc.com using the email account the ticket was opened up with.

I replied back to you with a question on the specs needed, but haven't heard back, let us know if you are still looking.

anyone using gmail/hotmail/yahoo check your spam folder lots of emails from hosting companies somehow always ended up on spam
