Protein shakes...
Does anyone else drink them? And if so.... Do you get gas and is there sumfin you can put in them to stop the madness!? Cuss I been drinking three a day and fuking up the program! I am doing drive bye's in the office and all the people in the office look at each other funny cuss no one know's who farted..... So please help me with a supplement!!!:helpme

Don't drink Boost. That stuff gets you gas like no tomorrow! And I think Craig and Rocki now know who's been doing the driveby's at your office. Hehe...

just keep drinking them for a month or two,eventually your shit cycle will catch up with itself and get back to normal...Gonna be one helluva month though :glugglug

The reason you are getting all that gas is becuase of one the following two reasons or both:
a) too much portein for your system. your body can only digest a certain amount of protein at a time. Anything else does not get digested and has to leave your body in the form of gas b)your body is not breaking down the type of protein you are ingesting. I would try Promax. It works well for me. Or try Soy protein as supposed to Whey. You should also use digesive enzymes that will help breakdown protein so your body can absorb more of it. Try to drink pure protein without all the stupid weight gain empty calories. As I saind before Promax is very pure good and not too expensive. I hope this helps you. |

Tried drinking them a while back......thick, chalky and tasted like fake icecream. I found plain 'ol suppliments and diet worked much better!

Been on Max Muscle "HIGH5" protein for the last month and yea the gas is a killer solution: I just visit my brother and leave it in his room and shut the door behind me lol Hopefully drop 25lbs by may which I think is a realistic goal.

Saw you at the convention in January and you were the biggest dude there. There is no way you can be serious about not knowing about Protien. If you are, try Pure Whey by Champion Nutrition. There are no fillers, no lactose, and it actually doesnt taste like total crap. About the gas problem, it will go away once your body gets use to it. Can take up to a week or two, but then once you're use to it, all you do is gain weight. What are you, about 240? |
