Full Time Manual Tube Uploaders Needed

I'm looking to add 3 manual tube uploaders to my team.

If you're interested in this job then please read this entire thread as anyone who asks me something that is answered in this thread will automatically be diqualified.

Here's The Job Description:

Your job will be to upload 1000 videos to a tube site ill give you every week.

Every week i will send you a list of videos, you will download these videos and then upload them on the site i give you. Once the videos are uploaded you will add tags,keywords and pick the best thumbnail for each video.

The average size of the videos will be 300 mb so you NEED to have EXTREMELLY FAST internet speed to be able to do this job.

Please do NOT waste your time contacting me for this job if your internet speed is not SUPER FAST.

This is is a full time job that is well paid.

Here Are The Requirements For This Job:

- You must have an EXTREMELLY FAST internet connection.

- You must know how to properly add tags,keywords,descriptions,thumbnails..etc to videos.

- You must be available to do this job for the next 3 months.

I've hired dozens of people for this job on gfy over the past year and no one has ever refused to take the job because the pay is too low. Most people who contact me want the job after we do the interview but their internet speed is too low for it.

1000 videos a week... that is quite a large content library you must own.

this got me thinking : what happens if some of those videos have no proper license or something and you ,uploader, gets busted with hundreds of videos on your hd? or ,worse,sharing (=uploading to tube site). I'm asking in general, not just in this case.

Why aren't they working for you any longer?

i have dial up internet. how much will you pay if I can do 8-10 videos per week?

some are and some move on to their own projects after a while

I am fuzzy with the legal side of this but I believe there is no ownership of these movies once a user uploads it to the site. Or maybe the uploader owns the video and the site owner is just an innocent bystander. I am going to shoot an email over to my pal nathan to get a clearer picture of this safe harbor thingy.

That's 4000 videos per month per uploader. You buy 12000 full length videos per month?? Unless you have a huge team working 24 hours per day this operation simply doesn't seem possible. And who sells that many videos?

Now of course I am certain you will also have all the required documentation uploaded with those 1000 videos.

20 mbit or MByte? And why does that matter when it can be done remotely?

3 uploaders, 1000 movies each per week averaging 300 MB, that is hardly 4000 GB per month.
Nowadays you can get a dedicated with that traffic limit, but with 1000 mbps to suit flexible traffic, for 50 bucks per month since you do not need to pay any extra for powerfull machine with 3 users only.

I'll do it for $4.99/video!
