i made a business plan to implement coder and designer's are ready to shoot :)

1. Users can upload their own made video's ?

2. age verification is required to upload own video 18+.

3. A detail data about their earning ,how much view's they got.

4. Users can edit their video page and can change the location of our ads /premium members don't see any ads just $5 onetime.

5.NO popups ,less ads ,clean layout .

6. Refferal programme and comission.

So users get commission based on their video views? It sounds like a good idea but I'm not sure how sustainable it is for $5 one time for premium and few ads otherwise.
