The Red carpet was a cluster fu*k choked with people who has no reason to walk the line. However I did see some fresh faces I never seen before. Either that or I don't watch enough porn on the tubes. :1orglaugh

The fact that it was indoors was perfect :2 cents: considering this time of year it is very cold for everyone working it. Previous venues Palladium and the Hanger @ Santa Monica Airport where to far for many to commute to, and non industry members where able to walk right up to the event. Century Plaza Hotel offers a great venue location to have it, considering everything from Valet/parking to the layout of the Grand Ballroom showcasing the actual XBIZ awards ceremony. :thumbsup

Its no easy task to organize these events, so hats off :pimp to the entire XBIZ crew and support vendors for pulling this off.

For those of you that know the girls of porn, feel free to share their stage names here. Thanks!

Hey industry photogs, unless I pose for a photo, I really get annoyed when I find a candid shot on your site of me eating a slice of pizza or I have one eye half shut. Was that really interesting enough to put on the web? Pick and choose your shots instead of shooting a bazillion pics of anything and everything like a child with severe ADHD. Thanks

Sometimes when I'm shooting stuff, be it a model or my son's martial arts belt tests, I'll go fucking crazy and shoot like a motherfucker. But I don't send out or put up all of those pics. If any little thing looks off, eye(s) closed, mouth or face in a position that makes the subject look like they suffered a bout of bell's palsy, or anything at all that just looks odd to me, that pic gets deleted. If I shoot 300 pics of a 10 minute belt test, I go through and inspect EVERY picture. If I shoot 10 pics of a 10 minutes belt test, I go through and inspect EVERY picture. That's simply a photographer's job.

If you're not prepared to inspect your work before displaying it (and take into consideration if it could be embarassing to the subject if candids), then put the fucking camera down.
