Paxum Wire Withdrawal

Has any of you withdraw money from their Paxum account using wire transfer?
If so how much you've been charged beside the $50 wire fee listed on Paxum's website?

Well your bank may charge you a fee, you must also take the currency exchange rate into consideration if you're sending USD to a bank with different currency.

dont do that , personally i dont have experiance with bank wire , but friend who have experiance told me if you send 50$ you will recive nothing of them , too much fees from both sides together.

50$ paxum fee
Fee for receiving wire from your bank(some banks dont have it,some have 35$)
There shouldn't be any fee for currency exchange,it should be exchanged by matching current exchange rate of your bank.
You can also avoid currency exchange if you have bank account in USD dollars. Also make sure you do not under any circumstances use exchange inside paxum since their rate is outraging, better to relay on bank rate.In shortly it's expensive but still cheaper then getting wire individually from each sponsor.

It's a wire to an USD account. So far my bank never charged anything for incoming wires.

Here's why I was asking:

A couple of days ago I've requested a wire from my Paxum account to my bank account (USD).
Paxum charged the $50 wire fee from the wallet and they sent out the wire. When the wire
arrived to my bank account it was missing $55 from the amount I've requested to be wired.

Since NO fees were showing up on my statement I've called the bank asking if they charged any fees for the incoming wire.
I was told by the bank they haven't charged any fees for the transaction. I was using this bank for the past 10 years,
have received quite a number of wires during this time and never got charged anything for incoming transfers.

I've contacted Paxum for more information regarding the missing $55 and here's what I was told:

When I did set up the wire I haven't mentioned any intermediary bank. Also the screenshot that Paxum refers as "proof" shows
the amount that actually arrived in my bank account was missing $55, so I don't know how is this proof that the entire amount
left their system.

Paxum could have called the bank for further information but it looks like it's easier for them to provide a vague answer and simply close the ticket.

In the end it's only $55 so why bother...
